| Workshop Location: Join us at the Radisson Fisherman's Wharf Hotel for David Taylor's studio to plein air and Frank Francese's studio workshops. The Radisson is located within shops, restaurants, galleries, Pier 39, and a quick taxi or ferry to most painting locations. This location is best for students arriving without a car as the taxi's run about $2 each way and drop us off and pick us up on location. It is more convenient and affordable than finding available 2-hr parking meters. There is a car rental company within two blocks, if you want to take an excursion and do some sight-seeing. The spacious guest rooms offer mini-refrigerators, large work desks and safe's large enough to hold a laptop computer. The remolded hotel provides a clean comfortable stay with all the amenities including outdoor heated pool and fitness center. The meeting rooms have good ceiling light and full length windows, plus private restrooms. Request Art in the Mountains rate of $149, plus tax, for King or double Queen room. |
